Epic Project Director

📋 Description

• Serve as overall program leader for Epic implementations, upgrades, and optimization
• Provide executive leadership and governance with client executives
• Lead end-to-end program delivery: scope, timeline, budget, risk, quality
• Lead junior staff development and knowledge transfer
• Participate in governance structures: steering committees, reporting
• Identify risks and issues; develop mitigation plans and resolutions

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of healthcare consulting or healthcare IT with Epic focus
• Prior management consulting experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience as Project Director or Program Director on at least one large Epic implementation
• Knowledge of Epic implementation methodologies and core tools across build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization
• Understanding of clinical, revenue cycle, and operational workflows within provider organizations
• Executive presence with experience engaging and influencing C-suite and senior leadership
