Provide executive leadership and governance with client CIO/CMIO/CNIO/CFO and ops leaders.
Lead program delivery: scope, timeline, budget, risk, and quality outcomes.
Mentor junior staff and build delivery capability.
Participate in steering committees, executive reporting, and decision forums.
Identify risks; develop mitigations; drive resolution with senior stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

12+ years in healthcare consulting/IT with Epic focus.
Proven Project/Program Director on large Epic deployments.
Knowledge of Epic methodologies and core tools.
Understanding of clinical, revenue cycle, and provider workflows.
Executive presence with strong communication and decision-making.
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
