Epic Project Manager

📋 Description

• Lead Epic implementations, Community Connect deployments, optimizations, upgrades, and other
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, resources, risks, issues
• Coordinate workstreams across Epic applications, technical readiness, interfaces, devices, testing
• Manage Community Connect practice onboarding, including scope confirmation, readiness tracking
• Partner with client leadership, physician practices, Epic application and technical teams, vendors
• Facilitate governance meetings, status reviews, risk management activities, escalations, and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience leading Epic or complex healthcare IT initiatives.
• Experience managing Epic implementations, upgrades, optimizations, or enterprise initiatives
• Strong understanding of the Epic implementation lifecycle, including planning, build, testing
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex projects with multiple workstreams
• Experience developing project plans, RAID logs, implementation schedules, governance materials, and
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, problem-solving, and
