📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and prioritization for an Epic Radiant application team.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex Epic Radiant issues
• Coordinate team workload, projects, enhancements, ongoing support, and competing priorities to
• Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and IT stakeholders to understand requirements and
• Mentor and guide analysts while promoting accountability, collaboration, professional development
• Support the full Epic Radiant application lifecycle, including planning, design, build, testing

🎯 Requirements

• Current Epic Radiant certification is required.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting, implementing, and/or optimizing Epic Radiant.
• Previous experience as a team lead, application lead, senior Radiant analyst, or comparable role
• Strong understanding of radiology workflows and the operational processes supported by Epic Radiant.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and complex initiatives within a healthcare
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and the ability to independently take ownership of
