📋 Description

• Manage WhatsApp communities of 50 to over 1,000 potential travelers during five-day launch campaigns
• Welcome new group members personally and encourage conversations that build trust, excitement, and
• Execute daily launch activities, including content posts, Q&A sessions, social proof, booking
• Coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining consistent engagement and attention
• Answer questions about trip pricing, inclusions, destinations, payment plans, and logistics
• Celebrate new bookings in real time to encourage participation and build momentum

🎯 Requirements

• Availability from Sunday through Thursday during active launch weeks, including the Thursday launch
• Excellent written English, with the ability to communicate warmly, quickly, clearly, and naturally
• Comfort managing high volumes of messages across multiple WhatsApp groups simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow a structured daily schedule independently
• A genuine interest in connecting with people and making newcomers feel welcome
• Experience in community management, social media, customer engagement, hospitality, or sales is an
