📋 Description

• Design, build, configure, and maintain Epic Tapestry UM workflows
• Configure prior auth, referral, and service authorization
• Build work queues, routing rules, decision trees, templates
• Configure auto-status logic and workflow automation
• Partner with leaders to develop future-state workflows
• Collaborate with care management, claims, and revenue cycle teams

🎯 Requirements

• Expert in Epic Tapestry Utilization Management
• Knowledge of CMS, NCQA, HIPAA compliance
• Experience with prior authorization and referral workflows
• Ability to validate design, perform testing (unit to UAT)
• Support go-live planning and production stabilization
• Strong collaboration with clinical and IT teams
