📋 Description

• Lead training for a large Epic-to-Epic deployment
• Develop and execute training strategy for enterprise go-live
• Coordinate dress rehearsals and go-live readiness activities
• Collaborate with leadership and clinical/IT teams on readiness
• Oversee curriculum, eLearning, and training documentation
• Assist post-go-live optimization and ongoing education

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Epic training lead experience in AMC settings
• Expertise in adult learning and change management
• Curriculum development and training logistics
• Experience with adaptive learning and AI-driven knowledge tools
• Strong collaboration with executive leadership and informatics
• Ability to design role-based training for clinicians and staff
