Configure, build, and maintain Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory applications.
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues, system errors, and workflow challenges.
Perform system upgrades, enhancements, and maintenance activities.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with pharmacists and clinical stakeholders to understand operational needs.
Analyze current-state pharmacy workflows and design future-state solutions.

🎯 Requirements

Epic Willow Certification
Experience with Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of medication ordering, verification, dispensing, and administration workflows
Ability to collaborate with pharmacists and clinical stakeholders
