EPM Financial System Administrator

📋 Description

• Own and manage metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and configs across EPBCS and FCCS.
• Administer security, user provisioning, and RBAC using Oracle IDCS.
• Design/build and maintain EPM cubes (ASO/BSO), rules, workflows, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain EPM Automate scripts and automation workflows.
• Support data loads, mappings, and validation across ERP systems for global entities.
• Validate, reconcile, and troubleshoot consolidation and reporting discrepancies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Oracle EPM Cloud administration (EPBCS required; FCCS preferred).
• Proficiency in EPM Automate, Smart View, and batch/shell/calc scripting.
• Hands-on experience developing business rules, data forms, workflows, and tasks.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, consolidation, and accounting principles.
• Experience with data integration and multi-source ERP environments.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $95,000- $115,000
• Bonus target range: 20%
