Equipment Coordination Engineer

📋 Description

• Coordinate laboratory equipment lifecycle: onboarding, qualification, maintenance, retirement
• Work with vendors/service providers for installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and
• Validate, commission new equipment; maintain records and compliance docs
• Troubleshoot equipment issues; manage decommissioning of automated liquid handlers, plate readers
• Ensure equipment remains operational, compliant, and aligned with business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in engineering science with at least 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in a GLP or GMP laboratory, preferably bioanalytical
• Ability to follow SOPs with continuous improvement mindset
• Understand and apply regulatory/compliance requirements related to the role
• Problem solver/troubleshooter with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely
