Lead development, installation, qualification, and sustainment of solar cell manufacturing equipment.
Grow and mentor a team of equipment engineers.
Own equipment lifecycle from install through high-volume production.
Drive root-cause analysis for downtime, yield excursions, and drift.
Collaborate with process, manufacturing, and facilities to set specs and roadmaps.
Develop roadmaps to improve throughput, reduce cost per watt, and raise efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s in mechanical/electrical/chemical engineering or materials science.
5+ years in equipment engineering or maintenance in high-volume manufacturing.
5+ years leading a team of engineers; willing to work extended hours when needed.
Experience with thin-film deposition, vacuum, or wet processing equipment.
Experience with silicon solar cell manufacturing equipment, processes, and gases.
Experience with SPC, data analytics, and equipment automation (SECS/GEM, PLCs, SCADA).
