Equipment Maintenance Manager

📋 Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, scheduling, and
• Own the preventative and predictive maintenance program, including PM schedules, spare parts
• Drive troubleshooting, repair, and root cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, and controls
• Plan and oversee installation and commissioning of new and retrofit equipment in partnership with
• Establish and track maintenance KPIs (uptime, MTBF/MTTR, PM compliance, backlog) and report them to
• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing LOTO and other safety standards, and partnering with EHS

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in industrial or manufacturing equipment maintenance, including 2+ years
• Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting skills, with the ability to read and
• Hands-on experience running a CMMS and building PM programs
• Proven root cause analysis and continuous improvement skills (e.g., 5-Why, FMEA
• Strong safety mindset, with working knowledge of LOTO, OSHA, and electrical safety standards
• Clear communication and the ability to work across production, engineering, and leadership
