Equipment Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead & Develop: Supervise and mentor maintenance technicians; safety-focused.
• Drive Equipment Reliability: Plan and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Troubleshoot & Improve: Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent repeats.
• Coordinate Operations: Partner with Production, Engineering, Reliability, and Controls to prioritize work.
• Manage Maintenance Execution: Track work orders, labor, parts, and asset history in the CMMS; monitor KPIs.
• Ensure Safety & Compliance: LOTO, OSHA, NFPA 70E standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree in Engineering/Industrial Maintenance or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years maintenance in manufacturing; 2+ years in leadership.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and troubleshooting skills.
• CMMS experience (MaintainX, SAP, Maximo, or similar).
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance; plan shutdowns.
• Safety standards: LOTO, NFPA 70E, OSHA; machine guarding.
