Equipment Maintenance Technician (Starlink/Akoustis)

📋 Description

• Define, develop, implement, and optimize maintenance strategies for critical production equipment
• Own complex equipment improvement projects to maximize availability and minimize unplanned downtime
• Lead maintenance technicians to troubleshoot and resolve technically complex equipment failures
• Develop and action engineering solutions to repetitive bad actor failures using RCA, FMEA, and FTA
• Support hands-on repairs of mechanical, electrical, fluid, pneumatic, and control system failures
• Interface with process engineering, quality, production, and procurement to resolve hold factors

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• 6+ months of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or physics (preferred)
• 2+ years troubleshooting in manufacturing (preferred)
• Experience with MRP, ERP, and CMMS systems (preferred)
• Experience with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles (preferred)
