Equipment Operator

📋 Description

• Operate heavy earthmoving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excavation, grading, and compaction of land surfaces.
• Move soil and materials from sites to trucks.
• Coordinate tasks with hand-held radios.
• Follow safety plans, SDS, and procedure manuals.
• Work independently or in a team; extend hours as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Operator 1: 2+ years of heavy equipment operation/maintenance.
• Operator 2: 5+ years of heavy equipment operation/maintenance.
• Operator 3: 10+ years of heavy equipment operation/maintenance.
• WHMIS 2015
