Equipment Operator (Starlink/Akoustis)

📋 Description

• Operate process equipment to fabricate and characterize devices
• Follow MES instructions and manufacturing workflows
• Document production and SPC data
• Maintain safety and quality protocols in cleanroom
• Communicate issues and suggest improvements to lead
• Cross-train across multiple tool sets

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Associate’s degree in technical discipline (preferred)
• Electro-mechanical or high-volume manufacturing experience
• Experience with wafer/semiconductor handling
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and docs
• Proficiency with PC, Windows and MS Office
