📋 Description

  • Administer day-to-day equity operations: grants, vesting, exercises
  • Maintain accurate equity records across HRIS, payroll, and platforms
  • Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Legal on tax, reporting, and compliance
  • Support global equity plan administration, comms, grant docs, audit readiness
  • Prepare and reconcile equity reports for stakeholders, auditors, vendors
  • Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries on equity awards

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Finance/Accounting/HR or related)
  • 3+ years in equity administration, compensation, or total rewards
  • Hands-on equity program experience; JP Morgan platform preferred
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation tools
  • Strong analytical skills; detail-oriented; data integrity
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, lookups)

🎁 Benefits

  • Annual base salary range: $78,000-$106,000
