Equity & Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Administer day-to-day equity operations: grants, vesting, exercises, cancellations, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate equity records and ensure data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and equity platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure proper tax treatment, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance of equity transactions.
• Support global equity plan administration, including employee communications and grant docs.
• Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of equity-related reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and external vendors.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to equity awards, vesting schedules, and transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Finance, Accounting, HR, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in equity administration, compensation, or total rewards.
• Hands-on experience supporting equity programs and compensation processes.
• Experience with equity administration systems; JP Morgan platform preferred.
• HRIS experience and familiarity with compensation tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; data integrity.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, lookups).
