Equity & Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Administer day-to-day equity operations, including grants, vesting, exercises, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate equity records across HRIS, payroll, and equity platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Legal to ensure tax, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Support global equity plans administration, with communications, grants, and audit readiness.
• Assist in preparation and reconciliation of equity-related reports for stakeholders and vendors.
• Serve as main contact for employee equity inquiries, vesting schedules, and transactions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in equity administration, compensation, or total rewards.
• Hands-on equity/compensation experience; HRIS familiarity.
• Experience with equity administration systems (J.P. Morgan platform preferred).
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, lookups).
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage confidential data with integrity.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $78,000-$106,000
• Bonus target range: 10%-20%
