Equity & Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Administer day-to-day equity operations (grants, vesting, exercises, reporting) per plan rules.
• Maintain accurate equity records and data integrity across HRIS, payroll, and platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Payroll, and Legal for tax, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Support global equity plans administration, including employee communications and audit readiness.
• Prepare and reconcile equity-related reports for stakeholders, auditors, and external vendors.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries on equity awards and vesting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in equity administration, compensation, or total rewards.
• Hands-on experience supporting equity programs and compensation processes.
• Experience with equity administration systems (J.P. Morgan platform a plus).
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; ability to handle sensitive data.

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $78,000-$106,000.
