Equity Manager

📋 Description

• Manage grant approvals, vesting, releases, exercises, terminations, participant mobility tracking
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Tax, and Accounting on Board materials, ASC 718 stock-based
• Support Section 16 filings, trading windows
• Serve as the primary equity expert, creating clear communications and running educational sessions
• Model equity usage, burn rate, dilution, and overhang to inform leadership decisions and improve

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of end-to-end stock plan administration experience across public (and ideally high-growth
• Hands-on experience with equity management platforms (e.g., Fidelity, Carta, Shareworks, E*TRADE
• Advanced Excel skills required; Modern tooling is a plus.
• Solid understanding of ASC 718, SOX controls, Section 1, participant mobility/taxation, and
• Exceptional attention to detail, discreet handling of confidential/material nonpublic information
