ERM Director

📋 Description

• Lead the establishment and ongoing enhancement of the group-wide ERM framework as second-line owner.
• Design risk governance structures, policies, and standards in line with COSO ERM and ISO 31000.
• Coordinate enterprise-wide risk identification and monitoring, including taxonomy alignment.
• Interface with regulators and group risk teams to support regulatory readiness and risk mitigation.
• Report to the Global Head of Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk; strengthen governance and risk appetite.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 12–15+ years in enterprise risk management, second-line, or regulatory risk in crypto/finance.
• Experience designing and operating ERM frameworks across multi-jurisdictional environments.
• Proven ability to engage regulators and senior management on enterprise risk matters.
• COSO ERM and ISO 31000 knowledge; KRIs and RCSAs; risk appetite.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
