ERP Cloud Managed Services Finance Functional Consultant

📋 Description

• Deliver day-to-day operational support activities across one or more Oracle ERP modules
• Triage incoming incidents and service requests, assessing priority and business impact, ensure
• Own tickets through their lifecycle, monitoring progress, proactively following up with resolver
• Resolve standard L1 & L2 queries directly, providing guidance on system processes and
• Perform routine system administration activities such as user setup, password resets, role
• Engage with customers through agreed communication channels, providing regular and clear updates on

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working in an application support or service desk role (2 to 3 years preferred)
• Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts
• Good understanding of basic ERP processes and business workflows
• Experience using ITSM tools for incident and request management
• Familiarity with ITIL concepts such as incident management, service requests, and SLAs
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
