📋 Description

• Plan and deliver implementations of ERP products and related solutions
• Gather business requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, configure delivery approaches, manage
• Coordinate project planning, scheduling, kickoff meetings, milestones, status updates, and project
• Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, escalate issues when necessary, and manage
• Provide third-level technical and functional support to customers experiencing challenges during
• Investigate issues, recommend solutions, coordinate follow-ups, and help maintain high levels of

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred; financial qualification
• 2–5 years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Dynamics NAV, or
• Experience with external product implementation and full-cycle ERP implementation
• Advanced working knowledge of financial ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Familiarity with SQL scripts, database queries, or SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) is an asset
