ERP D2O Process Architect (f/m/x)

📋 Description

• Own the E2E D2O process design: demand forecasting, pricing, and order generation.
• Define AI agent intents and escalation rules for the D2O domain.
• Align demand signals with ERP orders in D365 F&O with minimal manual intervention.
• Own pricing master data governance across all markets.
• Write BRDs for D2O initiatives and translate complexity into clean D365 design.
• Monitor KPIs and act as process SME in cross-functional projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Process Architect or Business Analyst owning E2E ERP processes.
• Strong expertise in Demand-to-Order: demand planning, pricing, discounting.
• Hands-on with D365 F&O (or similar) across Sales, Procurement, Master Planning.
• Ability to write structured BRDs and translate complexity into clean design.
• Experience monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
• Openness to AI-native delivery; able to define agent tasks and validate results.
