📋 Description

  • Co-facilitate discovery workshops to gather client requirements and map As-Is processes.
  • Analyze workflows (finance, supply chain, CRM) and design To-Be architectures.
  • Translate workflows into functional specs and configure NetSuite.
  • Develop test scenarios, perform functional testing, and guide clients through UAT.
  • Lead deployment and Go-Live; assist with data migration.
  • Deliver client training and write clear functional guides for ERP adoption.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-5 years ERP/SaaS functional analysis or software implementation.
  • Client-facing with ability to analyze, document, and improve processes.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • University degree in MIS/IT/Business Admin or related field.
  • NetSuite experience or certification.
  • Experience mapping processes with Lucidchart/Visio/Miro.
