📋 Description

• Provide ongoing support and consultation on Acumatica projects.
• Provide best-practice recommendations to optimize Acumatica processes.
• Conduct root-cause analysis on performance and stability issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Assist with discovery, project analysis, scope of work, and proposals.
• Align customer processes with new product features; resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Tech, Commerce or related field.
• Basic accounting understanding; ability to work with ledgers, debits/credits.
• ERP installation/configuration; MS Office; SQL Server familiarity.
• Strong analytical, organized; able to remove obstacles with creative approaches.
• Excellent presentation and written communication; write reports and manuals.
• 5+ years ERP implementation experience in construction; PM, estimating, proposals.
