ERP Project Manager

📋 Description

• Validate financial data accuracy and investigate anomalies across systems.
• Design and maintain automated reconciliation processes for the close cycle.
• Prepare, load, and transform financial data between systems (bulk ops).
• Build and maintain self-service reports and analytics for Finance stakeholders.
• Lead AI and automation pilots to improve finance workflows.
• Support finance projects including system rollouts, process improvements, and M&A integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years in accounting or corporate finance with data/system exposure.
• Strong tech orientation; independent with data and analyses.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of core finance processes: close cycle, reconciliations, controls.
• CPA or actively pursuing it - advantage.
