🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering or a closely related field.
• Previous experience in market development, preferably within agriculture, agribusiness
• Experience with project and process management, including planning, coordination, execution, and
• Knowledge or experience in people management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong negotiation skills and a commercially oriented mindset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
