• Oversee customer engagements with installation partners; manage complex deployments onsite.
• De-risk projects to deliver smooth, high-quality installations and drive adoption.
• Act as point of contact for escalations and troubleshooting during installs.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget work and safety standards.
• Provide onsite training and install guides for installer technicians.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and capture lessons learned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma; advanced degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable.
• 4+ years experience in vehicle/hardware tech management.
• Prior vehicle installation or up-fitter experience preferred.
• CAN bus and PTO understanding; basic electronics knowledge.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
