📋 Description

• Monitor installation milestones with Samsara Implementation Consultant.
• Serve as point of contact for escalations during installs.
• Monitor CSAT during installations and resolve root causes.
• Assist partners in creating project-specific installation guides.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Provide onsite oversight for large deployments with readiness checks.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; advanced degree preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• 4+ years experience in vehicle and/or hardware tech management.
• Prior vehicle installation or up-fitter experience preferred.
• Understanding of vehicle diagnostics: CAN bus and PTO.
• Basic understanding of electronics; field operations coordination.
