Especialista FrontEnd – Design System

📋 Description

• Lead the Design System team technically, increasing productivity across Product teams and ensuring
• Drive adoption of the Design System from design through implementation, working across Figma
• Define and organize releases, maintaining a healthy cadence between Product team needs and Design
• Establish clear governance for InnerSource contributions, ensuring collaboration between Product
• Take a hands-on approach by developing components, templates, and architectural improvements
• Define and maintain frontend patterns in partnership with designers and frontend engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software engineering, frontend development, and Design Systems.
• Practical experience with design tokens and themes to maintain consistent user interfaces.
• Proven experience building and maintaining shared component libraries, templates, and scalable
• Strong proficiency in React and Flutter, with a solid understanding of the surrounding ecosystems.
• Proficiency with Storybook for React and Widgetbook for Flutter for component development
• Strong knowledge of web and mobile platform standards, including accessibility best practices.
