ESS Finance Controller - 12 Months FTC

📋 Description

• Provide overall finance oversight of the ESS balance sheet, ensuring accounts are complete
• Drive a robust balance sheet review and governance process, identifying risks, trends, and
• Partner with Corporate Controllership, Finance, and business leaders to resolve accounting and
• Own ESS readiness for ICFR and SOX requirements, coordinating control design, documentation
• Partner with control owners, Internal Audit, Corporate Controllership, and other stakeholders to
• Establish clear governance, reporting, and accountability for SOX readiness, ensuring leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, ACA, ACCA, or
• Extensive finance and accounting experience, including significant controllership experience in
• Strong experience in balance sheet management, financial controls, close processes, accounting
• Experience supporting capital governance, investment decisions, and senior finance or executive
• Proven ability to lead and develop globally distributed teams and drive change, process
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence
