Estimating & Design Lead - US Commercial Landscaping

📋 Description

• Review site plans, specifications, property photos, and other project information to determine
• Develop detailed cost estimates covering plant materials, hardscape, labor, equipment, timelines
• Convert quote requests into clear, accurate, and defensible proposals within approximately 72 hours.
• Track estimating activity from initial request through proposal delivery using the CRM.
• Apply practical landscape and design expertise to proposals, including plant selection, layout, and
• Identify incomplete or problematic scopes before proposals are presented to clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on professional experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture
• Strong ability to interpret site plans, specifications, property details, and photographs into
• Solid understanding of commercial landscaping operations including materials, plant selection
• Professional-level written and spoken English with the ability to communicate with US-based
• Comfortable working core US business hours and coordinating with sales, estimating, property
• Comfortable in a performance-driven environment that includes results-based compensation.
