• Scale the team to 175 deals; align estimates with field costs.

🎯 Requirements

• REAL construction estimating experience is required.
• Detailed cost estimates for residential renovation, GC, or construction.
• Skilled in takeoffs, labor pricing, and subcontractor scoping.
• Knows the difference between estimate and guess; variance analysis.
• Has led a team; can set direction and drive results.
• Self-starter; acts on data; builds systems to improve estimates.
