• Lead and develop an estimating team of 5.
• Create standards, QC process, and feedback loops.

🎯 Requirements

• REAL construction estimating experience.
• Detailed cost estimates for residential renovation or construction.
• Material takeoffs, labor pricing, subcontractor scoping.
• Ability to estimate work you can't fully see until walls come down.
• Experience leading and directing an estimating team.
• Self-starter; works without micro-management.
• Systems thinker; builds processes to improve estimates.
