• Collaborate with CEO/PM to defend estimates with data.

• Real construction estimating experience for residential work.
• Skilled in material takeoffs, labor pricing, subcontractor scoping.
• Proven track record leading and directing a team.
• Self-starter; can operate without micro-management.
• Thinks in systems; builds processes to improve estimates.
• Able to push back with data to protect the estimate.
