🎯 Requirements

5+ years estimating experience in construction.
Experience with commercial/industrial mechanical systems.
Strong ability to read blueprints and specs.
Proficiency with estimating software, takeoff tools, MS Office.
Analytical, organized, and detail-oriented with good communication.
Ability to manage multiple bids in a fast-paced environment.
