• Compile and prepare tenders ensuring that all aspects and requirements of the project have been

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience in compiling and preparing estimates for construction project tenders.
• Clear understanding of industry construction techniques and proficient skills in industry software.
• Understanding of construction contracts and the resultant cost implications.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the external
