• Execute a high-volume of quotes across US and Canada with speed.
• Deliver estimates meeting Gold Standard for accuracy, turnaround time, pricing.
• Balance customer needs with profitability in each quote.
• Follow QA processes and workflows; proactively identify gaps or inefficiencies.
• Communicate clearly with leads and senior estimators; escalate issues early.
• Meet service levels and KPIs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in estimating, quoting, operations, or procurement (internship welcome).
• Familiarity with estimating tools, quoting platforms, or ERP systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Solution-oriented mindset with sound judgment on escalation.
• Clear, concise communication; organized with multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and English.
