📋 Description

• Prepare detailed, accurate takeoff estimates for commercial projects, high-end residential builds
• Analyze project scope and technical drawings using past project benchmarks and established
• Work collaboratively with the owner to deliver estimates that meet company standards and quality
• Support shop drawing creation and technical design work
• Review architectural plans and identify alternative, more efficient estimating or execution
• Assist with day-to-day project management tasks and cross-functional operational needs

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 15+ years of proven estimating experience in construction or metal trades
• Engineering background (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering degree) or equivalent
• Strong expertise in Division 7 work (waterproofing, metal roofing, exterior metal systems) or
• Hands-on experience with takeoff estimating, technical drawing analysis, and AutoCAD
• Proven track record in commercial projects along with high-end residential and custom home
• Exceptional, fluent written and spoken English communication skills
