🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Drafting/Estimating, PM, Architecture, or Eng-related field.
• Ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings and specs.
• High accuracy in measurements and calculations.
• Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
• Quick learner of new systems and estimating methods.
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal skills.
