📋 Description

• Contact and qualify cold and warm leads by phone.
• Create and prioritize target account lists.
• Conduct high-level conversations with contacts at target accounts.
• Follow up leads from marketing events and website inquiries.
• Act as SME on services, showing our unique value to prospects.
• Utilize sales enablement tools and track activity in CRM.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years sales experience in real estate.
• Experience with CRM software Close.com.
• Excellent internet for video calls and a working computer.
• Ability to work in US time zones.
• Excellent English, including idioms.
• Provide and schedule calls with at least 3 references.
