📋 Description

• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and contracts to develop accurate plumbing
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial plumbing projects, including labor, materials, and
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain quotes and pricing
• Evaluate site conditions and scope of work to ensure all necessary work is included in the estimate

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a plumbing estimator
• In-depth knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and industry standards
• Proficiency in Fast Est estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills
