Estimator - Commercial Roofing

📋 Description

• Review drawings, specs, addenda to develop accurate estimates.
• Takeoffs for roofing systems, insulation, sheet metal, waterproofing.
• Analyze labor, rates, equipment, and subs to determine total cost.
• Prepare bid proposals, budgets, alternates, and value engineering options.
• Coordinate with operations, PMs, and vendors to ensure proposals are complete.
• Maintain bid documentation and ensure alignment with margins.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record required.
• 3-5 years of commercial roofing or estimating experience preferred.
• Knowledge of roofing systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, built-up and sheet metal.
• Read blueprints and contract documents; proficient in takeoffs and cost analysis.
