📋 Description

  • Develop and govern a controlled bid pipeline from approved channels.
  • Produce estimates from GC bid invitations and managed opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities via PlanHub, AGC sites, and public portals.
  • Screen bids using bid/no-bid criteria and manage calendars.
  • Prepare labor projections and material pricing for estimates.
  • Deliver handoff packages for awarded projects.

🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years in commercial plumbing/HVAC estimating.
  • Proven success estimating complex commercial projects.
  • Knowledge of commercial plumbing, HVAC systems and methods.
  • Experience with job costing, labor productivity, pricing dynamics.
  • Strong analytical rigor and attention to detail.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; independent judgment.
