📋 Description

  • Serve as a resource for ethics and integrity questions.
  • Review and triage ethics inquiries (conflicts, gifts, information, vendor relations).
  • Support intake, tracking and resolution of ethics and compliance matters.
  • Conduct research and due diligence to support risk assessments and decisions.
  • Assist with ethics training, communications, guidance materials and awareness campaigns.
  • Maintain records, dashboards and trackers for program operations.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Compliance, Ethics or related field preferred.
  • CCEP, CCEP-I or related credential is a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years in ethics and compliance, governance or risk management.
  • Experience supporting ethics, compliance, legal or risk-related programs in professional services or similar environments preferred.
  • Strong research, analytical and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
