[EU] Compliance Lead, EMI

📋 Description

• Develop the EMI's compliance framework, including policies, advisory processes, controls
• Assess regulatory changes affecting e-money and payment services, and work with the relevant teams
• Set a risk-based compliance monitoring plan, evaluate the effectiveness of controls and track
• Advise Product, Operations and management on new offerings, processes and outsourcing arrangements.
• Prepare compliance reporting for management and, where the role requires it, support engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of compliance experience at an EMI, payment institution, fintech or comparable
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and the ability to turn them into workable
• Experience with regulatory examinations, management reporting and cross-functional work.
• Independent judgement, precise communication and the persistence to see actions through.
