📋 Description

• Define and execute the European commercial strategy aligned with business objectives, market
• Own commercial targets, revenue growth, trading volumes, customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities across retail, active trader, VIP and institutional
• Drive commercial performance through market-specific strategies, resource allocation and measurable
• Lead the European Country Management function, ensuring effective execution of commercial
• Define country-specific business plans, growth targets and market development priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant experience in commercial leadership, business development, sales or market
• Proven experience leading multi-country commercial organisations and delivering sustainable revenue
• Strong understanding of crypto trading, digital assets, derivatives and financial services customer
• Demonstrated experience managing Country Managers, business development teams and international
• Strong experience developing KOL, affiliate, community and strategic partnership networks within
• Proven track record in VIP relationship management, key account development and high-value customer
