[EU] Payments Principle Product Specialist

📋 Description

• Strategic reporting: Report to Head of Payments EU / MD Bybit Payments GmbH.
• Product ownership: Lead lifecycle of payments products (accounts, transfers, cards, wallets).
• Infrastructure management: Oversee clearing/settlement systems (SWIFT, EBA Clearing, TIPS) and SEPA/ISO 20022.
• Treasury operations: Design internal treasury and cash management to optimize liquidity.
• Stakeholder management: Interface between tech, legal/compliance, AML, ops, and partners.

🎯 Requirements

• Education & Experience: Degree in Economics/Finance; 5+ years in payments at bank/PSP.
• Technical expertise: Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, clearing systems, and wallet/e-money architecture.
• Regulatory & Compliance: PSD2/PSD3, E-Money Act, AMLD, GDPR, DORA; safeguarding funds.
• Languages: English and German fluency mandatory.
• Mindset: Thrive in fast-paced, 24/7 environment; self-starter with precision.
